Good Lad Soccer is thrilled to return to Northern Ireland in 2026 to once again compete in the prestigious Foyle Cup. This celebrated tournament offers our players high level competition while creating lasting memories through incredible culture and hospitality of Derry and the surrounding communities. We are looking for competitive 2013 Boys and 2011 Girls to represent GLS yet again!

If participating in the 2026 Foyle Cup is not an option, but you would be interested in participating in the 2027 event please fill out the interest form as well and let us know.

Location: Derry, Northern Ireland

Dates: July 20-25th, 2026

Fee: $1,200 per player - this includes tournament & uniform fee *Payment installments will be available

2013 Boys Team (will include high quality 2014 players)
2011 Girls Team (will include high quality 2012 & 2013 players)

How Sign Up Works: Fill out the registration form linked below if you wish to play with GLS. Once the GLS staff carefully reviews each and every application, we will send an acceptance email, along with payment link, if you player has been selected.

Additional details

Accomodation: As we understand that every family has a different financial situation, we will provide a list of hotels that have different rates for each family to select where to stay during the trip. All hotels will be near the event.

Ground Transportation: To avoid limiting people on which flights they prefer to take, every family will be responsible for their own ground transportation. You can rent a car, take an Uber or a cab.

Flights: Every family is responsible for their own flights, we just ask that every player and their family arrive at the latest on the 19th of July. We advise arriving on the 19th to give players a day or two to adjust to the time change.

Meals: We will plan team meals during the trip, but for the most part everyone can eat wherever they prefer.

Uniform: Each player will receive a Good Lad Soccer home and away uniform kit as well as a tracksuit.
